Q. Do I have to be a farmer to use this website?
A. NO! Anyone who wants to submit pictures about farming, or to view pictures each day is welcome to use this website.
Q. Why is the website called photofarming.com?
A. I'm looking at this as any farming operation. I plant seeds by sending out emails requesting pictures. My harvest occurs with each email I get with a picture in it. I'm farming for photos. It's just that simple.
Q. Where do all these pictures come from?
A. Farmers from around the world send pictures to us, and we appreciate their willingness to share a little bit about their way of life.
Q. I'm not a farmer, but I have some awesome farm pictures, can I send them?
A. If you took the pictures, and they are yours to share, then by all means send them our way and we'll put them in the hopper.
Q. Do the pictures have to be of awesome photographic quality?
A. No. We'll take any sort of picture that is in focus, and accurately illustrates farm life.
Q. That picture of the flower/tractor/sheep is awesome can I have it?
A. All pictures on this website are free to use for non commercial purposes (desktop background on home computer for example). If you plan to steal these pictures and make money from them you have broken the law (using the image on a company website for example).
Q. You have google ads, are you making loads of money off of this page?
A. No. The return doesn't quite cover the hosting fees or time involved keeping this site up. So, if you want to click the ads, that might help. :)
